HP Printer Troubleshooting: Ten problems, Ten self-help solutions (Part 4)

8. HP Printer is not using the expected paper try - This problem usually surfaces when you are using a network of printers. The simplest way to dealing with this is to check the printer properties and get your settings checked. Checking the printer cables may also be very much helpful.

9. Printer is picking up all the paper in the tray instead of picking them up sheet by sheet - There is this pad in your printer that is responsible for separating paper when a printing job is ongoing. If it is clearly no longer doing what it is supposed to do, then it would be apparent that it would have to be replaced. However, there would also be instances when the temperature is unusually humid. This would affect the quality of your paper and the printer would most likely have a hard time separating it by sheet.

10. Having trouble printing on envelopes - Envelope printing tasks can be quite tricky. First, you would have to make sure that when you are having trouble getting your job done, your problem would not be anything related to choosing the wrong kind of envelope. HP printers as well as other printer products could print better on envelopes that are close to 20-lb in weight and thickness. It is important to see to it that the adhesive used for the envelope would be able to withstand the heat from the printer. This is in order that it wouldn't come out from the printer already sealed.

Printer problems are usually quite easy to deal with especially when you already have a list of anticipated problems and another for possible solutions. However, it would even be great if you would make sure you have the contact information of the right companies that would be able to extend you some experienced PC technical support.
